자이안프레임은 아파트 단지 내 조경 시설물 중 브랜드의 아이텐티티를 담은 특별한 시설물이고 기존 사용자의 휴식만을 요구하던 시설물 개념을 탈피하여, 각각의 프레임들 안에서 다양한 쉼터 형태로 구성된 커뮤니티 카페를 통해 사람과 사람, 그리고 주변 자연과의 소통이 이뤄지는 새로운 개념의 공간으로 자리매김하고 있습니다.
사용자들의 라이프 스타일을 반영하여 형태와 동선을 고려하고
수변공간이 갖는 공간적인 특성을 통해 바 테이블 세트, 소파세트, 야외 테이블 세트 그리고 아이들과 함께 색다른 경험을 할 수 있는 스윙 벤치를 적용하고 주변 경관을 바라보며 담소를 나누는 특별한 휴식공간으로 다가갈 수 있도록 구성하였습니다. 또한, 유모차 거치 공간을 마련하여 시설물 이용 시 쾌적하게 휴식할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
이를 통하여 다양한 커뮤니티가 이루어질 수 있는 아파트 단지 속 작은 복합 휴게 공간입니다. |

The frame inside Xi is a special facility which contains the brand identity among the landscape facilities inside the apartment complex. It broke the existing notion of the facility which required a rest space for users only and is becoming a space of a new concept where there is a communication between people and with the surrounding nature via a community café made up in the form of various rest areas within each frame.
It considered the shape and the traffic line reflecting the life style of users, applied the bar table sets, exterior table sets, and swing benches where you can have a unique experience with kids based on the spatial features of the waterside, and is composed to be a special rest space for a chat overlooking the surrounding landscapes. The stroller stand space also helps relax comfortably while using the facility.
It is a small composite rest space inside an apartment complex where various communities can be provided. |
