Information Posted

- The information of the applicant company will be published in reviews, catalogs, and online and offline exhibitions. Therefore, all information (company name, name of person in charge, position, address, contact information, product name, product description, etc.) must be accurate.

※ Information cannot be changed after the application deadline, so please take this into account and be sure to check after filling out the form.

※ The address will be needed for sending catalogs and awards in the future, so please be sure to write down the detailed address.

Image size (standard)

• - File names must be less than 50 characters, images support JPG, PNG, and GIF extensions, and videos only support MP4 extensions.
• - The image is fixed to 1000 pixels per side either horizontally or vertically, and each file is limited to a maximum of 3MB.

※ If it does not meet the above standards, the image may not be displayed on the screen during the first online screening, and any resulting disadvantages will be incurred by the applicant company. It's a responsibility.

Product main features

- It must be written in both Korean and English so that the product can be understood during the first online screening and exhibition.

※ Character limit: (Korean) write up to 700 characters, (English) write up to 1400 characters.

※ All overseas countries, including China, must submit to the submission location (address) in Korea.

2nd in-kind application (submission) method

- Both on-site visit and mail application are possible, and proxy submission is possible.
- Designs such as buildings, spatial facilities, CI, BI, etc. can be implemented through panels (A1 size, maximum 2 points) or products that can be implemented. Submit by inserting into (laptop, tablet, etc.)
However, if the subject of review is a video, such as in the digital media/content design sector, additional submission is not required.
(Can be used as a video submitted online in the first round)

※ If you do not submit the product in kind, you will be considered to have abandoned the screening and will be excluded from the screening process.

2nd spot take-out period

※ Limited to products below bronze (approximately 80 points) after the second physical screening.

- (Examination) Schedule and Location: August 23, 2024 (Friday), (In-kind) Seoul Yangjae AT Center Exhibition Hall 1

- (Announcement) Schedule and location: August 27, 2024 (Tuesday), (online) award.kidp.or.kr site, (offline) individual guidance

- Judges: Approximately 40 judges who participated in the first online screening and members recommended by the Federation of Design Organizations

- Evaluation details: Selection of GD and award candidates among products that passed the first round and products applied for in-kind in the second round (approximately 33%)

3rd public verification and public participation screening

- (Examination) schedule and location: August 28, 2024 (Wed) ~ September 11, 2024 (Wed), Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy · KIDP, Nationwide Communication website

- Judges: Any citizen of Korea

- Judging details: All citizens directly participate in the judging of the 3rd award candidate products, and approximately 10% is reflected in the final results.

3rd qualification review (spot)

- Judging details: PT (presentation) screening among award candidate products, 28 candidate points and 52 points up to the bronze medal are confirmed.

3rd qualifying examination (PT announcement)

※ The 40th 3rd qualifying examination (PT announcement) in 2024 will be held as an open examination. (Company officials, etc. can attend)

※ In 2024, we will provide evaluation reviews of the 40th pilot operation grand prize and silver award winning works to the relevant companies.
