“Have you ever taken a look at your y zone?”
“Industry’s first y zone package design”
Around 80% of Korean women have never looked at their y zones.
This shows how much the awareness towards the y zone is lacking.
Positive recognition and care for y zone is essential for one’s own health,
But the strict social stereotype has been suppressing the voice towards the y zone.
For the confidence and health of Korean women, a feminine wash brand GYNO-BETACARE® has held a design campaign, ‘FIND ME, I LOVE ME’
With a message that says ‘loving my body starts from knowing myself’,
GYNO-BETACARE® had an art collaboration with a female artist Lee Yeon, a Youtuber with the highest number of subscribers among Korean drawing Youtube channels.
A special edition composed of the feminine cleanser GYNO-BETACARE®, y zone mirror that lets you see your y zone for yourself, pH tester, and y zone origami.
By comparing ‘journey to discover myself’ to y zone and expressing it as illustrations, it is intended to make the vulva care that may feel a bit troublesome familiar.
Moreover, with its global cosmetics and care industry’s first y zone-resembling package design,
the campaign delivered the message that y zone care is not something to be ashamed of but is something essential and that women within the societies should be confident. |
