Daegu Ansim Lotus Root, which accounts for more than 50% of Korea's lotus root production, has a high value, but the small farmer's position is disappearing. So We branded small farmers in the Ansim as a local brand 'Yeongoni' to create an identity and to become more competitive in the market.
We created characters with it's own characteristics by describing the natural monument 'Whooper swan', which visits the Ansim every year to farmer who forms a community.
The farmer character is attached with stickers on the lotus root, which is sold with information about producers and production areas, giving farmer a competitiveness and consumer a trust. |
