Space Monitor is a monitor that is designed to offer users an optimal desktop working environment. Users can pull the monitor closer to a desired spot when in use, or push it back flat against the wall when not in use to maximize deskspace. Space Monitor is designed to give back to users the deskspace traditionally occupied by conventional standing monitors. For the first time anywhere, the monitor adopts an integral monitor stand with a clamp that maximizes the deskspace by eliminating the base of the stand. The dual hinge helps users adjust the height and distance of the monitor simultaneously simply by pulling, thereby providing a user environment that meets diverse user needs. For ordinary computing tasks including sketching and office work, the monitor can be tucked flat against the wall to ensure greater space, or as a secondary(extended) monitor, it can be placed wherever it is desired - from high to low and left to right - according to users' dual monitor mode requirements. Its simplest form resembles a monitor screen floating freely in the air while its geometric shape, bezel-less frame and fabric-patterned finish help it blend into any environment. |
