헤리티지가든 ‘연화원’은 디에이치 아너힐즈의 커뮤니티센터 내 중정으로, 면적은 약 660m2이다. 연회장, 휘트니스센터 등 커뮤니티시설과 마주보고 있어 주민들에게 쉽게 노출되는 장소이다. 자연풍경을 도입하고 중정의 테두리로 데크를 설치하여, 건물내부에서 바라보는 장면을 제공함과 동시에 휴식, 담소, 산책 등 외부활동이 가능하도록 계획하였다. 도입하고자 한 자연풍경은 산기슭의 이미지이다. 대모산 쪽에서 자연스럽게 내려오는 듯한 산자락과 계류 지형을 구현하기 위해 세밀하게 등고를 다듬은 후 자연석과 식물소재를 풍경에 적합하게 배치하였다. 건물과 접하는 3면에 산자락 위로 살짝 떠있는 듯한 데크를 조성하였고, 중정을 가로지르는 2개의 브릿지를 설치하여 정원의 다양한 뷰를 즐길 수 있도록 구성하였다. 추가로 스프링클러의 역할을 하는 안개분수를 도입하여 관수시 새벽안개가 핀 산자락의 분위기가 드러날 수 있도록 하였다. 식물재료는 산자락의 자연스럽고 거친 이미지가 부각되도록 다듬어지지 않은 자연스러운 형상을 가진 나무들을 도입하였고, 계절별로 꽃을 감상할 수 있도록 다양한 초본으로 정원을 구성하였다.
‘연화원’은 고요한 산수의 경치를 담는 정원이다. 하지만 관망의 대상으로만 국한되지 않고, 가드닝클래스 운영을 통해서 커뮤니티 활동의 대상으로도 활용될 예정이다. 커뮤니티시설의 대표경관이자 다양한 주민활동의 거점 장소가 될 것으로 기대된다. |

Heritage Garden "Yeonhwawon" is a neutral zone within the community center of THE H HONOR HILLS. The venue is exposed to residents as it faces community facilities. By introducing natural scenery and installing deck at the boundary of middle ground, it was planned to provide a scene of view from inside the building while allowing outside activities. The natural scenery intended to be an image of the foot of a mountain. Natural stones and plant materials were placed suitable for the landscape after careful refinement of the contours in order to implement the mountain ridges and mooring terrain that seemed to come naturally down from the side of Daemo Mt.. The wooden deck is constructed to appear to float slightly over the hillside, and two wooden bridges are installed to show various views of the garden. In addition, fog nozzles acting as a sprinkler create the atmosphere of the early-morning fogged mountaintop being revealed. Trees with natural shape that are not trimmed to highlight the natural and rough image of the mountaintop, and the garden was composed of various flowers by season.
Yeonhwawon is a garden that holds the view of quiet mountain mist. However, it will not only be limited to wait-and-see targets, but will also be used as targets for community activities through the operation of gardening classes. |
