울산안전체험관은 어린이, 학생, 근로자, 시민들에게 주요 재난 현장의 순간을 생생하게 경험하게 하고, 사고 시 대응방법 체험 및 교육을 통하여 안전의식 고취 및 안전 대응 능력을 높이기 위한 안전교육장으로 세이퍼* 양성을 목표로 2018년 9월 4일에 개관하였다. [*SAFER(세이퍼) : 안전체험을 통해 재난에 스스로 대응하는 안전지키미 (Safety : 안전한 + Ranger : 특수교육을 받은 대원)]
북구 정자동에 위치하며, 규모는 부지면적 17,013㎡, 연면적 7,610㎡(지상 3층, 지하 1층)으로, 사업비 327.5억원을 들여 4개 테마 15개 체험시설로 구성되어 있으며, 타 지역과 차별화되는 울산 지역의 특성을 반영한 ‘재난 안전관’이 구성되어 있다.
○ 1F <기초안전> : 오리엔테이션홀, 재난 극복관, 어린이 안전마을
○ 2F <생활안전> : 교통안전 훈련관, 선박안전 훈련관, 화재안전 훈련관,
응급처치 실습관
○ 3F <재난안전> : 원자력 재난체험관, 화학 재난체험관, 지진 재난체험관,
4D 영상관
5가지 체험코스로 어린이안전마을(60분 구성), 생활안전체험(90분구성 :교통, 선박, 화재), 응급처치실습(60분/80분 구성 : CPR, AED 사용법, 기도폐쇄 응급처치), 재난안전체험Ⅰ(90분 구성 : 지진재난, 화학재난, 4D영상), 재난안전체험Ⅱ(90분 구성 : 지진재난, 원자력재난, 4D영상)으로 운영되며, 교육 완료 후에는 체험 수료증을 발급받을 수 있는 시스템을 갖추고 있다.
또한 전국 6개 안전체험교육장 중 전국 최초 한국산업안전보건공단에서 지정하는 ‘안전체험교육장’으로 인정받았으며, 안전・보건 정기교육 과정을 개설하여 운영하고 있다. |

Opened on September 4, 2018, Ulsan Safety Experience Center is a place for providing a safety education for citizens in order to increase safety awareness and enhance disaster response capabilities through a simulated disaster scene with the aim of nurturing a Safer. (Safer : Safety + Ranger)
It consists of 15 experiencing and training facilities with 4 themes and the Disaster Safety Hall reflecting the characteristics of Ulsan region which are differentiated from those of other regions.
○ 1F : Orientation Hall, Disaster Recovery Room, Children Safety Village
○ 2F : Transportation Safety Training Hall, Ship Safety Training Hall, Fire Safety Training Hall, First Aid Practice Hall
○ 3F : Nuclear Power Disaster Experience Hall, Chemical Disaster Experience Hall, Earthquake Disaster Experience Hall, 4D Theater
Center is offering the 5 experiencing and training courses: Children Safety Village (for 60minue); Life Safety Training (about transportation, ships and fire for 90minutes); First Aid Practice (CPR, use of AED and Heimlich maneuver with two courses of 60 minutes and 80 minutes); Disaster Safety Experience(earthquake disaster, chemical disaster, 4D images); Disaster Safety ExperienceⅡ(earthquake disaster, nuclear power disaster, 4D images). The Course Completion Certificate is given after completing the course. |
