2019년 1월 파주에서 시작된 CICFNB의 두 번째 프로젝트 ‘더티트렁크 커피팩토리’는, 빠르게 움직이는 모던 라이프 스타일에 따라 방문객들의 모든 니즈를 충족시키는 공간입니다. 대규모 스케일의 높은 층고를 가진 창고 컨셉은 차갑고 거친 철재 계열을 통한 스팀펑크한 공장의 느낌, 이를 중화시킬 수 있는 목재 계열을 사용한 컨츄리하우스, 그리고 전 연령대가 함께 즐길 수 있는 보테니컬함까지 조화를 이룹니다. 더티트렁크는 현대인들의 일상이 다각화되고, 다양한 라이프스타일을 가진 고객들의 각기 다른 활동과 니즈를 이해하여 만들어졌습니다. 고객들은 커피를 즐기거나, 가족과 함께 나들이를 즐기고 풍부한 경험을 하는 등 다양한 활동을 원합니다. 또한 도시에서 경험하기 어려운 보테니컬 컨셉의 아메리칸 팜하우스 공간을 제공하여, 바쁜 도시 생활에서 벗어나 이색적인 분위기에 몰입할 수 있도록 합니다. 고객들은 다른 사람들과도 어울려 앉을 수 있는 긴 일자형 테이블, 메인 존을 바라보면서 휴식을 취할 수 있는 좌식 공간, 1층 공간을 내려다보고 편하게 즐길 수 있는 소파 등 각 선호에 맞추어 공간을 다양하게 즐길 수 있습니다. F&B 경험뿐만 아니라, 고객 모두에게 제공할 수 있는 문화 공간과 매력적인 분위기를 전달하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. |

Dirty Trunk, located in Paju, is a space where Food & Beverage and design come together in a synergetic matter in order to provide our customers with the most comprehensive and immersive experience. The large scale warehouse provides multiple yet integrated experience moving through the various zones. Numerous types of seating are available at Dirty Trunk which caters to a large spectrum of people depending on the customer needs. The design of Dirty Trunk emphasizes the importance of storytelling when it comes to the F&B experience. The three core pillars of Dirty Trunk’s F&B which are drinks, food and bakery have their own respective spaces in order to give a balanced emphasis on the three cores that make Dirty Trunk what it is. The three cores all feature an exposed design where the customers are able to see the drink making, food making as well as baking processes from start to finish. While the place of making of these three cores are physically separated from one another, what the customers experience is integrated circulation that is easy to navigate. The now signature steampunk windows and the large seating stairs in the center of Dirty Trunk allow the customers to wander but also as an anchor point where the customers can place themselves in a large setting. |
