| 상품 주요특징 | 한글 | 모던 스퀘어는 공동주택 단지의 중앙광장으로 대규모의 티하우스와 잔디마당, 조형폰드와 놀이터로 이루어진 복합 커뮤니티 공간이다. 미국풍나무 숲 안쪽에 계획된 잔디마당은 다양한 수경 효과를 연출하는 폰드로 둘러쌓여 있다. 잔디마당 끝에는 모던한 형태의 티하우스가 위치하는데 앞쪽으로는 잔디와 예술장식품을 감상할 수 있고, 뒤쪽으로는 놀이터에서 뛰어오는 아이들을 볼 수 있도록 계획되었다. |
| 영문 | The Modern Square is the central space of the apartment complex, and it is a multi community space with a large-scale tea house, lawn yard, artistic pond and playground. The lawn, planned inside the Sweet Gum tree forest, is surrounded by the pond that introduces a variety of water-feature effects. At the end of the lawn, a modern form of tea house is located, with lawn yard and art sculpture in front and the water playground in back. | |
