We made a rest zone by expressing beautiful lines seen in the nature with diagonal lines and curves to be harmonized with the landscape space naturally.
We also created a magnificent and modern exterior atmosphere that contains the value of delicate old heritage by reflecting the identity of GS Engineering & Construction Uni-Xi to the facilities together with the trace of Sangdangsanseong Fortress.
We created cozy space at the first floor by establishing a warm color rest zone with wood and installed special tables for visitors to relax enjoying the view of Sansuwon.
The tables with water flowing can lower the temperature in summer, and the sound of waterdrops provides relaxed mood inside of the rest zone, adding cooling effects to the warm and cozy interior space.
The rest zone of the second floor is where visitors can relax enjoying the whole landscape.
We installed rails by considering human dimensions for safety, and the rails are designed in the same form as the rest facilities. Some of the floor is glass, which adds distinctive view of water flowing from the first floor. |
