To continue making our products accessible to everyone, we have developed and applied a variety of technical solutions. Through accessibility and an intuitive, easy-to-operate design, we allow everyone to easily use technology and take advantage of new features. Braille and tactile location markers enable the vision-impaired to easily distinguish and select buttons on the control panel. Moreover, different sound effects are provided when making changes in sequence(e.g. temperature settings) and when switching between features so that all users, including the vision-impaired, can be provided the dynamic auditory experience. The function of automatic detergent dispensing eliminates lifting-up a detergent PKG and pouring it into the narrow dispenser for each wash. Also, the right amount of detergent is directly dispensed depending on the degree of dirtiness of laundry. After the wash cycle comes to an end and laundry is moved to the dryer, the integrated control function automatically sets the dryer at the optimal cycle. As the dryer is frequently placed on top of the washer in many homes, the all-in-one control panel enables the operation of both units in an integrated manner. The mobile app allows users to control and monitor the washer and dryer status even at a distance and provides greater accessibility to those with disabilities by employing alarm and screen reader features. |
