래미안 그린라이프는 퓨어 클로젯, 퓨어 게이트 등의 친환경 상품과 히든형 키친, 가변형 공간, 1 ROOM-1 BATH 등의 개념을 담은 평면을 적용하여 건강한 집, 아름다운 집, 즐거운 집을 구현하고자 했습니다.
인테리어 디자인은 화이트톤의 가구와 벽체를 베이스로 네추럴한 원목마루가 조화를 이루며 소박하고 단순하면서도 따뜻한 분위기 연출하였습니다. 미니멀한 디스플레이로 불필요한 장식을 배제하여 거주자의 온전한 쉼에 집중하였습니다.
한국적 공간의 특성인 대청마루, 마당의 컨셉을 바탕으로 각실 슬라이딩도어를 적용하여 공간을 구획하고 슬라이딩도어의 개폐 여부에 따라 각각의 켜가 형성되는 한옥적 디자인을 강조하였습니다.
래미안 그린라이프는 실용성과 기능은 물론, 가족과 이웃을 자연스럽게 모여들게 하는 아름다움과 편안함을 갖춘 주거의 새로운 공간이 될 것입니다. |

Raemian Green life is a place that displays air quality and energy saving
technologies which is applied to Raemian. It also contains eco-friendly products and new life style plans, so you can experience the next Raemian life that Raemian pursuits.
Raemian Green life wanted to realize a healty, beautiful, and pleasant house by applying eco-friendly goods such as pure closets and pure gate and the concept of hidden kitchen, variable space and 1 room - 1 bath plan.
Natural wood floors are harmonized with white-tone furniture and walls and it creates simple and warm atmosphere. The minimal display eliminated unnecessary decorations and focused on the resident’s complete rest.
Based on the concept of Daecheong-floor and garden, which are the characteristics of Korean space, each room has sliding door and it is applied to divide the space and emphasizes the hanok design. Each layer is formed according to whether the sliding door is opened or closed.
Raemian Green Life will be a new paradigm of residence with practicality and functionality. Also It will be the graceful and comfortable space that naturally brings families and neighbors together. |
