해운대 지명에서 영감을 얻어 과거와 현재의 해운대 풍경을 재해석한 공간이다
컨셉은 해(海)운(雲)대(臺)이다.海(해)_과거의 해송이 빽빽하게 드리워진 해운대 풍경을 담고, 雲(운)_구름을 형상화한 곡선형 라인은 구름 위를 산책하는 듯한 풍경을 담았다. 臺(대)_스카이데크와 대형해먹을 통해 구름 위에 살포시 올라앉는 듯한 경험과 구름 위을 걷는 듯한 경험을 하도록 하였다. 소공원 921호는 초고층 빌딩과 백사장으로 둘러쌓여 있고 많은 이용객에 비해 협소한 공원이다. 제한된 소공원 면적(약5000m2)과 시설 면적 20% 충족을 위해 복층구조(약8000m2)의 입체적 공간으로 디자인하여 문제를 해결하였다. 그렇게 디자인 된 2층 구조물은 티하우스, 스카이데크, 대형해먹공간으로 구성되었다. 티하우스의 1층부는 휴게공간, 잔디광장, 화장실 그리고 2층부는 전망대로 디자인하여 주변바다와 자연을 만끽할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 1층과 2층간 이동은 계단과 엘리베이터를 설치하여 일반인 및 장애인.노약자들에게 편의성을 높여주었다. 스카이데크는 구름 위를 걷는 듯한 느낌을 주었고, 대형 해먹 공간은 구름 위를 뛰어노는 듯 어른들도 동심으로 돌아가 아이처럼 즐길 수 있는 휴게공간으로 구성 하였다. 대형목 식재와 하부 관목,초화, 지피 식재로 시원한 그늘막과 다채로운 컬러를 연출하여 어른들에게는힐링의 공간으로 아이들에게는 생태를 배우는 교육의 현장이 되도록 하였다. 야간에는 조명 연출을 통해 다채로운 야경연출이 가능하도록 하였고, 부산을 대표할 수 있는 랜드마크로 자리매김 하고자 하였다. |

It is a complex building embedded with a new concept reinterpreting the past and the present view of Haeundae, inspired by the regional name Haeundae.Hae(Sea)_Putting the past Haundae view of dense Big Cone Pines Un(Cloud)_A curvy line which symbolize a cloud produce the view of walking on the cloud.Dae(Platform)_We let people can experience walking and sitting softly on the cloud through skydeck and a large hammock .The park is surrounded by skyscrapers and white sand, and a small park with lots of people. We have solved a problem by designing it as a duplex structure in a three-dimensional way in order to satisfy the limited park area and facility area 20%. The building with second stories is composited with a tea house, skydeck, and the large hammock space. There are a rest room, grass agora, and bathroom in the first floor of the tea house. The second floor is designed as an observatory where people can enjoy sea and nature around them. Skydeck produces mist fountain so that people can experience walking on the cloud. The large hammock place is designed as a rest room for adults where they can feel like running on the cloud like children.With large-scale timbers, lower part shrubs, flowering plants, and cover plants, we have produced varied colors so that the building provides a healing place for adults and an educational place for children where they can learn ecology. |
