인간 근력을 지원 또는 보조하기 위해 신체 외부에 부착하여 인간과 로봇의 상호협력을 통해 작동되는 외골격 형태의 로봇입니다.
자체 Actuator에서 발생하는 동력 매커니즘을 이용해 반복적인 이송 작업에서 발생할 수 있는 착용자의 피로도를 감소시키고 작업 능률을 증가시킵니다.
건설, 물품이송, 소방, 산림, 의료, 노인요양, 국방, 경찰 업무 및 재활 등 다양한 분야에서 작업자의 생산성 향상 및 안전을 도모합니다.
디자인 특징은 로봇 자체와 착용을 돕는 하네스 2개의 부분으로 분류됩니다.
로봇 부분:
신체와 자연스럽게 일체화되는 착용감을 적용한 현대적인 외형 디자인은 일상에서의 로봇 사용 시 어색하지 않도록 표현.
슬림하고 가벼운 외형 설계와 LED 기능을 적용해 제품 동작 상황을 신속히 판단 가능하며 탈부착이 편리한 제품 외형은 추후 유지보수에 유리.
하네스 부분:
신체부 착용감과 빠른 탈부착을 위해 어깨부와 가슴 연결 패널을 한 패턴으로 연결하는 조끼 디자인을 채택.
가슴부의 자석식 잠금 클립을 적용하여 신속한 탈부착 용이 및 등쪽 부위의 땀배출이 용이하도록 Quilting line을 곡선으로 설계
작업 시 허리부 고정과 유동적인 움직임을 위해 쿠션과 고정 장치부를 적용.
통풍 기능 적용을 위해 내부 재질은 Mesh로 설계 및 내구성을 위해 외부 재질은 밀도가 높은 소재를 적용. |

“STEP-UP”, the wearable robot
This robot is made in the form of an exoskeleton that is operated through mutual cooperation between humans and robots by attaching it to the outside of the body to support or assist human muscle strength.
By using the power mechanism generated by its own Actuator, it provides the effect of reducing fatigue of the wearer and increases work efficiency that can occur during repetitive transport works.
It improves workers’ productivity and safety in various fields such as construction, goods transfer, firefighting, forestry, medical care, elderly care, defense, police work, and rehabilitation.
The design features are divided into two parts: the robot itself and the harness, which helps to wear it.
Robot part:
Its modern appearance design, which provides a natural fit with the wearer’s body, is expressed so as not to be awkward when using robots in everyday life.
The application of a slim and light appearance design and LED function allowed it to quickly determine the operation status of the product. In addition, the appearance that is convenient to attach and detach makes it advantageous for future maintenance of the product.
Harness Part:
It is designed in a vest style that connects the shoulder and chest connection panels in a pattern for a comfortable fit and quick detachment of the body.
