Most rechargeable portable devices are designed in a flat-blade form, and the problem was that they took a lot of time and were short in use to generate high heat due to the limitations of battery capacity. To address such shortcomings, the product was designed to be used in various ways of working in various working environments, so it was designed to be able to adjust the angle of the shape as well as in the flat form, making it easy for anyone to use it from various angles with a simple button, and increasing the battery capacity and working time, which is not large in size but can generate high heat quickly.
The design minimizes the space composition of PCBs, rechargeable batteries, and other user components, which make up the inside of the tool, to maximize comfort and incorporate slim shapes into the design. In order to prevent the risk of burn due to temperature increase around the tip, the safety of the tool was reflected in the formulation by creating a protrusion to prevent the finger crossing toward the tip, and the location of the tool's use button, lamp or charge jack was designed to be integrated and complete. |
