Designed by a team of physical therapists with vast experience, STRIG is a muscle
therapy device that reduces and heals muscle damage using its unique blade design
coupled with vibration and electric stimulation. STRIG’s unique blade design makes it
versatile as one STRIG can replace the entire set of muscle blades.
The human muscle layers are located underneath the skin and fat tissue layers (epidermis,
dermis, and subcutaneous tissue). Vibrating massagers, while helpful in removing minor
muscle aches, are limited in healing damaged muscles. The vibration cannot reach the
muscle layers. STRIG’s electrical stimulator sends electrical currents(25uA) that are in
similar frequency range as body’s natural electrical current. That way, the currents emitted
by STRIG can reach the deepest muscle layers. Once reached, the currents help reduce
the build-up of lactic acid, which is the cause of muscle soreness and inflammation. |
