Gwacheon Prugio Summit is a representative residential complex of Gwacheon, built in between Gwacheon Station and Gwacheon Government Complex Station embracing Gwanak Mountain . The complex is divided into four smaller residential blocks, hence each block can be identified with individual design.
We considered the local characteristics of this apartment, located in the center of Gwacheon and to express the image of premium apartments, which the brand 'PRUGIO SUMMIT' means, in the elevation and color of apartments, we proposed the concept of 'Harmony of modern and classical'.
We concisely designed and used monotone colors to give a chic and grand feel to one block of the apartment.
And we designed classically and used yellow-coloured colors to give the 4-6 blocks a dignified feel.
In addition, we applied the CURTAINWALL LOOK for the first time in the apartment complex in Gwacheon and the rooftop decoration with the motif of Gwanak Mountain.
To give the unique characteristics of Gwacheon 'PRUGIO SUMMIT', community lounges using terrain, NUDE ELEV and Sky Community were installed to view Gwanak Mountain.
Such as the placement of residence and its rooftop design redefine the skyline of Gwanak Mountain. |
