This is the visual identity system (VIS) for The Sero, the first portrait-type TV released into the market to accommodate the lifestyles of millennials who prefer mobile devices over others. While emphasizing the characteristics of the vertical display, it has developed its identity, Bold and Confident, by embodying the traits of millennials who readily accept changes and are not complacent with the status quo. Through incorporating a pleasant and bold communication language and breaking away from stereotypical and formulaic approaches, a cold electronic product has been transformed into a device with a fresh image that is more familiar and accessible. Such a strategy is adopted to stimulate consumers’ interest and purchase intention. In addition, the identity of The Sero is intended to set itself apart from the competition, making it a unique presence in the market and creating a new sensation among the static and soft communication styles of TV products. |
