Grande AI Intelligent UX is equipped with a control panel that displays only the most essential information for device control, unlike existing devices that often show all functions available, and thus ensures the easiest washing experience. Grande AI is evaluated to have significantly contributed to maximizing user convenience by reducing time spent on operating the device and minimizing physical work. Due to space constraints, the large-capacity washer and dryer are stacked in most homes, reaching 2m in height. Most users feel strained to operate the stacked dryer and thus are compelled to use a stepstool. To resolve this problem, we applied the all-in-one control UX to allow users to check the status of and easily operate the dryer via the washer control panel. The “Auto cycle link” program, which automatically switches on the dryer after the completion of the washing cycle and selects the drying cycle matching the washing cycle used, is offered to further enhance user convenience. In order to achieve optimal results with minimal user intervention, the “AI Pattern” program was applied to analyze the weather conditions and the user’s washing/drying habits and to recommend the most appropriate washing cycle. Users are also guided to select the settings most suited for their lifestyle based on our analysis of their washing/drying patterns and the group of similar users. |
