I designed a portable Bluetooth speaker which can play music. I designed so that it supports Bluetooth, AUX input and Radio. I took a huge inspiration from ‘Bang and Olufsen’ products that were manufactured around late 80s to early 2000s. I designed product to have sharp edges to give a modern feeling, also to give retro and analogue aesthetic I placed a level meter in the middle which was inspired by an analogue level meter that was built for studio use. The radio antenna can be fit inside of speaker handle. The pattern that is on the grill of the speaker is symbolizing the waveform of the sound. Also, to give nice interface to the user, I put a dial switch at the top for source selection |
